Shipping policy
Rokka & Rolla offers free ground shipping on all orders that ship within the 48 contiguous United States. (Sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we’re still working on the shipping rates with our carriers.) No minimum required for free standard shipping.
All items are shipped from California, USA.
All items are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) if less than a 1lb.
Once shipped, your package will be sent via the expedited method and arrive within 3-7 days. The package will normally arrive before 8 p.m. on the day of delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after your order has shipped.
*Please note that our warehouse does not ship packages on the following holidays:

- Independence Day

DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 business days (*Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays) for order processing and verification. Once completed, your order will be shipped out from our warehouse using the selected shipping method at the time of check out. Your order should also reach you according to the time frame of the selected shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Once your order leaves the United States, more detailed tracking information may also be found on the website of your country's designated postal service. For items shipped via First Class Mail International, tracking information may only be provided up until the package departs the United States. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. International customers assume responsibility for any duties/taxes that may be incurred from customs.

Custom Inspection
Please be aware that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU) and that you, the customer, are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties. This applies to all orders that ship outside of the United States, however, the exact amount will depend on your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate or pay these fees on the customer’s behalf and they are not included within the shipping fee. The customer is responsible for all fees and taxes.
International delivery times can take up to 14 business days or longer depending on the shipping location. Additionally, all orders will need to pass local customs inspection. We are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time. If after 30 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and ask if they are holding it for any reason. If not, please email us with your order number and a brief message to check the status. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered outside of the US, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion).
The shipping fees, taxes, and other costs incurred are non-refundable.
You may wish to reject the parcel at your custom which will be returned to Rokka & Rolla Inc. Please do contact us if you happen to refuse the package and we will follow-up with you as soon as it arrives.
TERMS
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect billing/shipping information provided by the customer upon checkout. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
